I was born a long time ago, the exact date is not important. Suffice it to say, I am older than I once was, and younger than I'll ever be.  I currently live New England with a husband, twin boys, and have an older son who is away at university and a German Shepard who has no idea that he is a "mean and viscious" breed.  Our 15 year old cat crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2014. We live in a modest home, with a modest kitchen. Modest it may be, but lucky we are to have such a home, filled with the love and comforts that are too often taken for granted.

I went to boarding school and then I was off to university in the south - and then back to university in the north; criminal justice with 2 minors - sociology and anthropology. Like so many others that graduate from college, and never work within their field of study, my career path took me into the legal field then right back out of it and into technology.

As my twins reached the ripe old age of 12 months, I found myself with some free time. I began a website to share all of my experiences with making fresh and nutritious homemade baby foods. The website Wholesome Baby Food.com, now a part of Momtastic.com, was a labor of love. It has been almost 12 years since I began the website and it's so rewarding to know that it continues to inspire and help parents.

I maintain a consulting business for web design, digital content management as well as SEO and social media management and advertising strategies and do a lot of charitable work in this realm.

I am blessed and always grateful for all that I and my family have and the opportunities to work in a field that I love and that constantly keeps me learning and sharpening my skills.
